Cases are Eligible for Mediation



Mediation can be applied in the resolution of civil law disputes arising from the business and transactions on which the parties have right of disposition, including those with foreign elements. Some of those;

-     Disputes arising from relations between the labours and the employers,

-     Disputes between companies, between traders or between companies and traders within the scope of commercial law and law of obligations,

-     Disputes arising from construction contract in return for land share/in return for flat,

-     Disputes between the tenant and the landlord,

-     Disputes arising from divorce such as alimony or claims for material and immaterial damages

-     Disputes arising from the inheritance law,

-     Compensation claims arising from medical practices,

-     Disputes arising from flat ownership,

-     Disputes arising from receivables of the companies,

-     Disputes from elimination of joint ownership.
